Meet Bob Cazavilan
Bob Cazavilan, although a newcomer to Ankeny Real Estate Service, is no newcomer to Residential Real Estate Brokerage. After 14 years of operating his own Brokerage Company(Bless This House Real Estate, Inc.) Bob merged his office with Ankeny Real Estate Service in July of 2009. He brings with him the experience of a career spanning 3 decades… beginning his early brokerage years operating Cazavilan Real Estate Inc. for 12 years in Springfield, Massachusetts, the town which he was born and raised.
Bob has taught Real Estate courses and has recently received the designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative). The CRS is a designation granted to less than 10% of the nation’s Real Estate Professionals, requiring extensive education, training, and experience.
Moving to Iowa nearly 18 years ago, Cazavilan and his family quickly settles in to making Ankeny their permanent home. They love Ankeny, and the Greater Des Moines area, and have never looked back. Bob lives in Ankeny with his wife Deb, and has three grown married daughters and… seven grandchildren.
Though specializing in Ankeny homes, Bob consistently does business with the greater Des Moines area as a member of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors & it’s Multiple Listing Systems (MLS).
